Where we are
Our hotel is in a truly excellent location: facing the sea, just 5 metres from the private beach, less than 1 km from the trendy Darsena dell’Orologio dock and from the historic centre of Caorle. That’s not all though, because Hotel Ariston Caorle is the perfect departure point for getting to Venice in just an hour by car, by boat or by shuttle bus.
The hotel is located on the Caorle waterfront, facing the sea. You can easily get to it by car, using your navigator Viale D. Alighieri 3, Caorle. The A4/E70 motorway exit is S. Donà -Noventa.
If you prefer to travel by train, the station is that of Portogruaro – Caorle (30 km); the nearest airport is that of Venice Marco Polo (55 km). In both cases, feel free to contact us to book the transfer service.
The historic centre of Caorle is easy to recognise thanks to its calli, colourful houses, and the welcoming little squares. The Cathedral of Santo Stefano, with its distinctive bell tower, is well-worth seeing, as well as the Sanctuary of Madonna dell’Angelo, the artisan workshops in Via Maggiore, the fishing harbour, the seafront and the trendy Darsena dell’Orologio dock. The Caorle Lagoon is famous for its “casoni”, the ancient huts where fishermen, hunters and farmers once lived.
2 km from the hotel, you’ll find Aquafollie – The Family Water Park, Caorle’s water park open from June to September. In Jesolo, which is just half an hour from Caorle, you’ll find the famous Caribe Bay water park, the Caribbean Golf minigolf course, the Tropicarium Park, the Fabbrica della Scienza (science factory) and the Pista Azzurra go-kart track.
Caorle is a great destination for sports enthusiasts, offering activities for all levels of fitness. Ride along the numerous cycle paths, or book your guided bike tour at the hotel. If you prefer tennis, there are 4 clay courts at the Villaggio dell’Orologio, just 200 m away. Is padel your passion? You’ll find two regulation-sized courts on the beach and you can train with qualified instructors. Then, just 7 km away, there’s the Prà delle Torri Golf Caorle golf course, with 18 holes, par 72 and an exclusive Golf Academy.
