Preparing good food is an art and, here at the Ariston Hotel, we bring masterpieces to the table, portraying Caorle tradition with locally-grown, Organic and Italian ingredients for you to enjoy with a sea view.

Breakfast

From 7.30 am to 10 am, a fragrant, tasty work of art: freshly baked cakes, biscuits and pancakes; classic, whole wheat, black and rye bread; a dispenser of jams to enjoy on waffles, bread or in a little bowl with yoghurt; homemade breadsticks; toast, cured meats, cheeses, free-range eggs, salmon, vegetables; fresh and dried fruit, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, goji berries; comb honey and fresh pollen; products for coeliacs.

At the table

Take a seat, relax and we will serve you at the Perlamare Restaurant. At dinner, there are 3 first courses and 3 main courses to choose from, based on our ever-present local fish and fresh homemade pasta. Completing the offer, there is also a buffet of appetisers, salads and vegetables. The dishes vary every two weeks, except for a few of our “pièces de resistance” like spaghetti with Caorle clams and fried fish.

Do you also want to stop for lunch, perhaps on your return from the beach or after a bike ride? Enjoy the freedom to order whatever you prefer, from the à la carte menu, and eat on the terrace with a sea view, or in the dining room.

Special evenings...

…exclusively for you. The gala evening starts with a refined aperitif and continues with typical traditional Caorle dishes, mostly based on fish, like risotto with clams and salt-baked meagre. Every week, we organise an elegant buffet of cakes and desserts, which we make ourselves, with a carefully prepared, refined set-up that will remind you of a pastry shop for the elite.
